Coming to Islam in the later Madinan years, Abū Hurayrah (ra) attached himself constantly to the Prophet ﷺ, choosing the company of learning over trade or comfort, and was blessed with a remarkable memory.
He narrated more hadith than any other Companion, carefully conveying the Prophet's ﷺ teachings to the generations after him, and devoted his life to worship and teaching.
